Our Location
ACM Tours is located in the center of downtown Arthur, Illinois, right in the heart of Illinois Amish Country
Arthur is a small, rural town in East Central Illinois, just 9 miles west
of Interstate 57 at Exit 203 on Illinois Route 133. The Illinois Amish
community, do not technically live in Arthur, but live on farms and small
homesteads in the countryside immediately surrounding Arthur in every
direction. Arthur is truly the Heart of Illinois Amish Country and is
central to the daily life of the Amish community. Arthur offers you the best
chance to see and interact with the Amish people and their lifestyle.
Arthur itself is about equal distance from Springfield Illinois, to the West and the Indiana state line to the East. Arthur is South of Champaign, Illinois, East of Decatur, Illinois, and North of Mattoon, Illinois.

furniture store, on the northeast corner of Illinois and Vine Street in the
center of Arthur's downtown.

awnings in the middle on the block on the East side featuring the largest selection of locally crafted
quilts in the area, and our newest store, The
Villa Galleries on
the
north end featuring fine photography, original watercolors and oils,
leaded glass, from local artisans.
Other shops of interest to visitors extend about one block in either direction from our central location for easy walking and lots of places to interest your entire group. We have plenty of restroom facilities here in our stores for your convenience and plenty of places to rest on your exploration of our small shopping area.
The top of this downtown Arthur map on the left is North, and the Wood Loft, our store, is in red. For motor coach parking, we will arrange to have space for you on the south side of our building. You will want to pass in front of our store and then loop around the block to the East and pull in heading West on the corner right by our shop.
